Extension name and summary
Browser extensions are found through their name, summary and description. Explain a single purpose clearly, and don’t stuff keywords.
Full tracking for this surface is in development. This page describes the intended scope, and the free tools work today.
What we check
- Are name and summary within limits?
- Does the description explain a single purpose?
- Are screenshots current?
Limit: Keyword stuffing can break policy, and rankings aren’t guaranteed.
